Refund Policy

At Angel Readings with Amy, every reading is personally prepared by Amy and created specifically for you. Because each reading is a bespoke digital service, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun or your reading has been delivered.

Before your reading begins

If you need to cancel your order before Amy has started working on your reading, please contact us as soon as possible at:

If work has not yet commenced, we may be able to issue a refund at our discretion.

Personalised digital services

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised digital content and services are generally exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period once work has begun with your agreement.

By placing your order, you acknowledge that work may begin shortly after purchase.

If there's a problem

If you believe there has been an error with your reading or you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue promptly.
